Cloudzilla Builder Program Terms and Conditions

- Eligibility: The Cloudzilla Builder Program is open to developers actively working on real-world projects. Applicants must have a valid Cloudzilla account and submit an application for review. All applications are reviewed and approved by the Program Director.
- Program Duration: Selected members receive free monthly credits for six months, with continued participation subject to review and renewal based on engagement.
- Credits & Usage: Participants receive $100 USD in Cloudzilla credits per month for six months. Unused credits do not roll over. Additional credits may be granted at the discretion of Cloudzilla based on platform usage and engagement.
- Active Participation: Participants must actively use Cloudzilla for development, deployment, or production. Inactive accounts or projects may lead to removal from the program.
- Community Engagement: Members are encouraged to engage with the Cloudzilla community, provide feedback, report bugs, and contribute to discussions.
- Project Requirements: Eligible projects must be actively developed or in production. Dormant or template-based projects may not qualify.
- Fair Use Policy: Any abuse of the program, including fraudulent usage, multiple accounts, or misrepresentation of activity, will result in immediate disqualification.
- Intellectual Property: Participants retain full ownership of their projects. However, Cloudzilla reserves the right to feature projects, testimonials, and case studies for promotional purposes.
- Program Modifications: Cloudzilla reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Builder Program at any time, with or without notice.
- Termination: Cloudzilla may remove participants from the program at its discretion if they fail to meet engagement requirements or violate any of the outlined terms.
- Account Security: Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their Cloudzilla account and must not share credentials or grant unauthorized access to third parties.
- Data & Privacy: Cloudzilla will not access or use participant data beyond what is necessary for maintaining platform security, troubleshooting, or program evaluation. Participants must comply with all relevant data protection laws.
- Public Representation: Any public statements or content about Cloudzilla should be factual and not misrepresent platform capabilities. Participants must avoid misleading claims regarding their association with Cloudzilla.
- Code of Conduct: All participants must adhere to professional and respectful communication when engaging with Cloudzilla staff and other community members. Any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior may result in program removal.
- Suspension & Reinstatement: Participants who fail to meet engagement requirements may have their program status suspended. In some cases, they may request reinstatement by demonstrating renewed participation.
- Non-Transferability: Credits and program benefits are non-transferable and must be used by the approved participant for their designated projects only.
- Compliance with Local Laws: Participants are responsible for ensuring their projects comply with applicable local, national, and international laws, including intellectual property rights and cloud usage restrictions.
